  • 1 2qt Saucepan
  • Serving bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg KNORR Spanish Rice
  • 1 can Chunk chicken
  • 3 Green Onions
  • 1 pkg Spicy Sausage
  • 1 tsp Creole Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • In a 2qt saucepan prepare Spanish rice according to package
    1 pkg KNORR Spanish Rice
  • While rice is cooking cut spicy sausage into ¼ inch rounds, and dice green onions.
    3 Green Onions, 1 pkg Spicy Sausage
  • Add sausage, green onions, chicken and Creole seasoning to rice and continue to simmer until rice is tender and cooked completely.
    1 can Chunk chicken, 1 tsp Creole Seasoning
  • Serve hot

Notes

If you prefer the more traditional Louisiana Jambalaya add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce
