In a
2qt saucepan
prepare Spanish rice according to package
1 pkg KNORR Spanish Rice
While rice is cooking cut spicy sausage into ¼ inch rounds, and dice green onions.
3 Green Onions,
1 pkg Spicy Sausage
Add sausage, green onions, chicken and Creole seasoning to rice and continue to simmer until rice is tender and cooked completely.
1 can Chunk chicken,
1 tsp Creole Seasoning
Serve hot
Notes
If you prefer the more traditional Louisiana Jambalaya add a few dashes of Tabasco sauce
