G-Ma's Christmas Fudge
It's not Christmas without fudge. A memory I have every Christmas is my grandmothers fudge, and we now name our Christmas fudge after her. G-Ma's Christmas Fudge!

1 1-2qt saucepan
1 wax paper
- 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
- 12 oz Evaporated Milk
- ¼ cup butter
- 1½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 bags Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped nuts Optional
In a saucepan combine Marshmallow fluff, evaporated milk, salt, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 5mins. Stir constantly
7 oz Marshmallow Fluff, 12 oz Evaporated Milk, ¼ cup butter, 1½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ tsp salt
Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, vanilla stirring until melted. Toss in nuts if desired.
2 bags Semi-sweet Chocolate chips, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, ½ cup chopped nuts
Line 8x8 pan with wax paper or grease
Pour fudge into prepared pan and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from pan, cut into squares and place on Holiday platter
