G-Ma's Christmas Fudge

It's not Christmas without fudge. A memory I have every Christmas is my grandmothers fudge, and we now name our Christmas fudge after her. G-Ma's Christmas Fudge!

Equipment

  • 1 8in square pan
  • 1 1-2qt saucepan
  • 1 wax paper

Ingredients
  

  • 7 oz Marshmallow Fluff
  • 12 oz Evaporated Milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 bags Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chopped nuts Optional

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan combine Marshmallow fluff, evaporated milk, salt, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat for 5mins. Stir constantly
    7 oz Marshmallow Fluff, 12 oz Evaporated Milk, ¼ cup butter, 1½ cup granulated sugar, ¼ tsp salt
  • Remove from heat, add chocolate chips, vanilla stirring until melted. Toss in nuts if desired.
    2 bags Semi-sweet Chocolate chips, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, ½ cup chopped nuts
  • Line 8x8 pan with wax paper or grease
  • Pour fudge into prepared pan and chill for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove from pan, cut into squares and place on Holiday platter
  • Serve and Enjoy. Happy Holidays!
