- 3-4 boneless Chicken breasts
- 1 cup water or Chicken broth
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ½ cup milk Keto substitute- heavy cream
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ½ box Spaghetti noodles Keto substitute- GF noodles or spaghetti squash
- Seasoning Base*
Spray crockpot with cooking spray or use crockpot liners Place chicken, broth/water, and seasoning base* in crockpot on high setting and cook for 3hrs. 3-4 boneless Chicken breasts, 1 cup water, Seasoning Base*
After 3hrs take chicken out and cut into chunks.
Cut cream cheese into cubes
8 oz Cream Cheese
Add chicken, cream cheese and remaining ingredients back into crockpot. 3-4 boneless Chicken breasts, 8 oz Cream Cheese, ½ cup milk, ¼ cup Sour cream, ½ box Spaghetti noodles
Leave setting on high and cook for another 45min-1hr or until chicken is done and noodles are tender.
