  • 1 Decorative plate
  • 1 Piping bag and tip

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 12 Hershey Kisses
  • 1 tube Green Frosting

Make your own green frosting

  • 1 spoonful White frosting
  • 5 drops Green food coloring

Instructions
 

  • Unwrap Hershey Kisses and set aside
    12 Hershey Kisses

If making green frosting

  • Place a spoonful of white frosting in a bowl, add 5 drops of green food coloring and mix. Add more food coloring if needed.
    1 spoonful White frosting, 5 drops Green food coloring
  • Put a large amount of green frosting on the Oreo cookie
    12 Oreo cookies, 1 tube Green Frosting
  • Place the Hershey kiss on the green frosting and gently push down so the green frosting begins to seep out from under the kiss and form a "rim" around the bottom of the kiss
