Equipment

  • 1 Small Baking dish single serve
  • 1 Small mixing bowl
  • 1 Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • cup milk
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 °F
  • Spray a single serving baking dish with cooking spray
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and set aside
    ½ cup rolled oats, ¼ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup
    ⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree, ½ tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Add dry ingredients and mix until combined
  • Pour into baking dish and bake for 18-22mins.
