Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 °F
Spray a single serving baking dish with cooking spray
In a small mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and set aside
½ cup rolled oats, ¼ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
In a medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup
⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree, ½ tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp maple syrup
Add dry ingredients and mix until combined
Pour into baking dish and bake for 18-22mins.
