A Berry Cheesecake Salad Keto Version

1 Electric hand mixer Or stand-up mixer
1 Large mixing bowl
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tsp Stevia Granular Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Strawberries Fresh
- 1 cup Blueberries Fresh
- 1 cup Blackberries Fresh
- 1 cup Raspberries Fresh
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
In a large mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and mix until smooth
16 oz Cream Cheese
Next add Stevia, heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract. Mix until combined
1 tsp Stevia Granular Sugar, 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Continue mixing until thick, if too thick add a tsp of whipping cream until desired thickness is achieved.
Fold in the berries. Cover until ready to serve.
