Pumpkin Beef Stew
Fall is in the air and Pumpkin season is a foot. Pumpkin Beef Stew is a great addition to the Pumpkin season.
Pumpkin Beef Stew is a simple dinner you can throw in the crockpot in the morning and it’ll be ready by dinner time.
Even if you’re not a fan of pumpkin, this stew has so many other flavors you won’t even know there is pumpkin in it.
Pumpkin Beef Stew
Equipment
- 1 Crockpot
- 1 Crockpot liners
Ingredients
- 15 oz Already Prepared Beef Tips can use 24oz family size for more beef or 1.5lbs raw beef tips.
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- 1 cup Chopped onion
- 4 medium Potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 tsp garlic Fresh, powdered, paste
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 cups Pumpkin Puree can use 1lb can
- dash Cinnamon
- 1 box beef broth 32 oz
- 15 oz Tomato Sauce
Instructions
- Spray crockpot with cooking spray or line with crockpot liner
- Add all ingredients and turn on high for 2-3hrs15 oz Already Prepared Beef Tips, 1 cup Chopped celery, 1 cup Chopped onion, 4 medium Potatoes peeled and cubed, 1 cup chopped carrots, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp parsley, 1 tsp ground black pepper, 3 cups Pumpkin Puree, dash Cinnamon, 15 oz Tomato Sauce, 1 box beef broth
- Stir and turn to low for remaining 2-3hrs
- Serve and Enjoy!
