Here is something fun for the little ghouls and goblins on Halloween, Monster Mac-n-Cheese!

We all know how crazy it can get on Halloween night with putting on costumes, finding the right treat bag to fit all that candy, making sure everybody is fed. Well, here is something simple, easy, fun for the kids and even their favorite food!

I have to admit this was fun to make even if it was just the two of us empty nesters. Steven is such a great sport when I need to create pictures for recipes.

Sometimes he just doesn’t know what we’re having for dinner until a bowl of Green Mac-n-Cheese shows up in front of him delivered with a full Witches Cackle and huge eyeballs just looking at him.

Something else fun for the kiddos and pairs really well with this dish is Mini-Mummy pigs in a Blanket. Of course, you can make Mummy Pigs in a blanket as well.
