Jameson Pot O’ Gold

This Irish Whiskey refresher may not bring you fortunes of gold but it sure does taste good. Jameson Pot O’ Gold is made with lemonade, Irish Whiskey, and can be made with non-alcoholic ginger beer or alcoholic ginger beer.

Great for St. Patrick’s Day dinner with friends and family, but this drink will also make a great summer drink with the refreshing lemonade base.

• 1 Stir stick or Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients

Version One

• 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• Ginger Beer
• Lemonade
• ice

Version Two

• 50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer
• Lemonade

Instructions

Version One

• In a highball glass add ice, Jameson Irish Whiskey and lemon juice
  50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1 oz Lemon juice, ice
• Next add equal parts Ginger Beer and Lemonade
  Ginger Beer, Lemonade

Version Two

• In a highball glass add ice, Jameson Irish Whiskey and lemon juice
  50 ml Jameson Irish Whiskey, 1 oz Lemon juice
• Next add equal parts Crabbie's Alcoholic Ginger Beer and lemonade

I am not a fan of ginger beer so for the non-alcoholic version I put more lemonade than ginger beer.

But the Crabbie’s Alcoholic Ginger Beer I was very impressed as it still had the ginger beer flavor however not so overpowering and still gave the same great taste as the non-alcoholic version but was able to do equal parts of ginger beer and lemonade.
