Hard Seltzers
Hard Seltzers have become the craze in the Beer industry and have made quite a name for themselves.
With so many flavors to choose from and so many brands it’s hard to pick a favorite. These everyday sippers or Summertime refreshers are great to just sit back and relax.
Tell us what your favorite Hard Seltzer is?
Bud Light Seltzer- Hard Soda-5% Alc/Vol
The variety pack has Citrus, Cola, Cherry Cola, and Orange flavors. With a 5% Alc/Vol this makes for a great light and tasty drink.
This hard soda with it’s strong flavors make for a less seltzer taste and more of an actual soda taste. Great for those who prefer the not so strong alcohol taste.
I’m very picky about my seltzers as I usually don’t like them, alcohol or non-alcohol. I overheard a few friends talking about this at a get together and it peaked my interest.
So I had to try it and I have to say these are GOOD. The taste is true and spot on for soda taste-a-likes.

Malibu Splash Sparkling Malt Beverage– 5%Alc/Vol
If you enjoy the original Malibu Rum flavor, then these are right up your alley.
These malt beverages not only have great fruity flavors but mixed with the sparkling seltzer creates another great refresher
You can purchase them as individual flavor packs or as a variety pack.
I enjoy these a lot during the summertime, they are light, fruity, and great to have something just to sip on after work and or at get togethers.
The Pineapple (which I thought was going to be my favorite) tastes a lot like a Pina Colada which I’m not a fan of in the least.
The Strawberry tasted a lot like a strawberry shortcake, but daiquiri style and the Lime tasted a lot like a Key Lime pie. Passion Fruit is one of my favorites out of the 4 flavors.

Truly Hard Seltzers – 5% Alc Vol
Truly is one of the second largest hard seltzer varieties. With lots of flavors to choose from you can’t go wrong.
With each selection comes an assortment of fruit flavors, fresh brewed tea, favorite fruit punch, and berries, mixed with refreshing seltzer water. Open a can sit back and enjoy.
Truly has grown on me for being in the seltzer family. I enjoy the fruit flavors as they are very natural and not artificial. I have enjoyed the Iced Tea’s, Punch, Black Cherry and the Seasonal Christmas variety pack. I’m looking forward to updating this as I try the other flavors.
Truly Iced Tea– I enjoy the Raspberry and Peach the most as I am more of a flavored Iced Tea person. I have not yet tried the Lemon. The Strawberry to me has good flavor but still taste’s a little to artificial.
Truly Black Cherry- The Black Cherry is by far my favorite, It has a rich Black Cherry flavor and if you are like me and do no like the seltzer taste, this one is a good one.
Truly Punch– I have only had a select few out of this variety pack, Fruit Punch and Berry Punch. The Fruit Punch tastes a lot like Hawaiian Punch and the Berry Punch has a good berry flavor to it however these do have more of the seltzer taste.
Truly Strawberry Lemonade– This was a treat and so refreshing. Lemonade is one of my all-time favorite summertime drinks but mix that with strawberries and BOOM, something sweet and savory. But to make a refreshing alcoholic beverage there is just no words.

NÜTRL– 4.5% Alc Vol
NÜTRL is gluten free with natural flavors, no added sugar and just 100 calories. Very refreshing and best if served chilled.
This had a little more seltzer than I like but the raspberry flavoring was just enough to enjoy without being overpowered by the actual seltzer. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Bud Light Seltzer – 5% Alc Vol

This 12 pack is packed full of your fall favorites. Apple Crisp | Maple Pear | Pumpkin Spice | Toasted Marshmallow.
Apple Crisp– out of the 4 flavors, I would say this one was my favorite. Very refreshing as far as the crisp apple flavor and then mixed with cinnamon.
Maple Pear– This flavor was tasteful but was very strong on the maple flavoring which really overpowered the sweet pear flavor. The pear came as a slight after taste rather than part of the actual flavor of the drink.
Pumpkin Spice– I was a little disappointed as I’m a BIG Pumpkin Spice fan and this was not the best flavoring. I got more of a ginger and clove taste throughout rather than a mixture of what you find in Pumpkin Spice- ginger, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon, sometimes allspice.
Toasted Marshmallow– I have to be completely honest I did not try. I am not a S’more fan to say the least, it is definitely a craving and when I’m at a bonfire. And even then it’s far and few that I have one. I did take a sip of it and it does have the hint of being toasted but just was not fond of this one.
