Fruit Pizza Cookie
A different take on the all-time classic dinner, pizza. This dessert is great for all occasions, simple to make and so colorful. This fruit pizza cookie will be such a hit even the kids will want to eat it.
This cookie can be made year-round with so many creative designs out there this will be a great dessert for any holiday get together
Fruit Pizza Cookie
Equipment
- 1 Round cookie sheet
- Parchment paper You can also use cooking spray or silicone baking liner
- 1 Round cooling rack
- 1 Medium mixing bowl
- Electric hand mixer You can also use a stand-up mixer
Ingredients
- 1 Roll Pilsbury sugar cookie dough
- Fruit of your choice
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Prepare round cookie sheet with parchment paper, cooking spray or silicone baking liner
- Press cookie dough out on the pan making sure to go all the way to the edge1 Roll Pilsbury sugar cookie dough
- Bake for 13mins or until edges are light brown
- Let cool on a round cooling rack in pan
- Wash fruit and put on flat surface with paper towels to allow fruit to dryFruit of your choice
- Fruit that needs to be cut, pat dry with paper towel to make sure fruit is dried completely. Cut fruit in slices and set aside on paper towels to continue to dry.Fruit of your choice
- In a medium mixing bowl with a hand mixer and or stand-up mixer, combine powdered sugar and cream cheese. Mix until combined and smooth. Add additional powdered sugar if needed.8 oz Cream Cheese, ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- Spread cream cheese on cooled cookie.
- Add fruit to top of cream cheese.
- Cut into triangles and serve.
