Empath Spray
Empath Spray shields and protects you from the energies of others around you.
The spray acts as a shield to protect you from absorbing negative energy and emotions from those around you.
Empaths and highly-sensitive people can feel energy and emotions from those around them, causing them to have a shift in their own energy or emotions.
This can be very draining, sometimes overwhelming and can affect their daily lives.
How are you feeling?
- Have you ever been somewhere in a large crowd of people and suddenly have this wave of random emotions and not knowing where they came from?
- Did you wake up feeling wonderful and so full of energy, and when you go to lunch with a friend you notice something just doesn’t feel right about them. As you are standing next to them you can immediately know what they are feeling?
- Do you like to go on Ghost Tours of old buildings and historical sites? Have you ever felt suddenly sad or angry or just really dazed and confused?
Empath Spray can help you with these feelings, even if you aren’t quite sure exactly what it is you are feeling.
Even if you aren’t an Empath or know if you are highly sensitive, you still have an energy Aura around you.
This is not a bad thing in the least, and yes at times it can be scary at first especially when these wave of emotions come out of nowhere.
But it all can be controlled with just some basic knowledge, and little things like sprays, meditation, crystals etc.
Let’s make Empath Spray
What you will need
- Glass Spray Bottle either 2oz or 4oz
- Funnel
- Crystals (These will need to be small in size to fit through the opening of your bottle, I purchased mine on Amazon. You need to be careful when doing this, and make sure you are paying attention to where your crystals are from as you need pure crystal rocks and not anything that has been colored or dyed)
- Black Tourmaline- Purification, Protection, Removes negative energies, Defense against negative energies, Cleanses self and your space of any negativity.
- Clear Quartz- Amplifies all energy, Cleanses, Absorbs-stores-releases-and regulates energy
- Amethyst (optional)- Protection, Purification, Relaxes, Calms anxiety.
- Smokey Quartz (optional)- Filters out negative energy, Grounding, Protection
- Rose Quartz (optional)- Emotional healing, Releases stress and anger
- Moon Water (or Distilled Water)
- Essential Oils
- Frankincense-Wards off Negative energy
- Lemon- Spiritually and emotionally cleansing, Uplifting
- Sage (White Sage)- Protection from negative energies, Cleanses
- Rosemary- Cleanses, Psychic protection
- Cedarwood (Sandalwood)- Grounding, Purifying, Cleanses, Removes blockages in the surrounding energies, Removes negative energy
- Incense of your choice to cleanse. (I use Dragons blood or Sage bundle)
- Recommend crystals for your workstation to protect your energy and workspace. (These are my recommended crystals of course you use the crystals of your choice)
- Selenite- Clears and activates the higher chakras, Cleanses the Aura and space of negativity.
- Black Tourmaline- Protects, Removes negative energy, Cleanses the Aura and space of negativity.
- Black Obsidian- Absorbs negative energy, Cleanses the Aura and space of negativity, Protection
- Clear Quartz-Amplifies all energy, Cleanses, Absorbs-stores-releases-and regulates energy
Preparation
- Cleanse the area where you will be doing your work.
- I will start by wiping down my work area with a disinfectant of your choice (I use Clorox wipes as it just happens to be what I have on hand)
- Set your incense of choice and crystals of choice in their designated spot.
- Lay out your equipment and ingredients.
Begin
- Start by lighting the incense and taking a deep breath. Begin, in your own way, to cleanse your energy, your Aura, and your space.
- Cleanse your bottle (Your crystals and Moon water should already be cleansed if you follow your Moon rituals, however if they are not or if you feel they need an extra cleanse feel free to do this at this time as well.)
- Start by filling the bottle with Moon water and setting your intentions for the Moon water.
- Next take each type of crystal and place in the bottle one crystal type at a time setting your intentions for each type of crystal. (Depending on the sizes that come out of the bottle I use between 4-5 of each crystal type)
- Put 10 drops each of essential oil
- Close the bottle and give it a gentle shake
Your Empath Spray is not ready to use.
Tips for use
Empath Spray can be used anytime, especially if you are uneasy in large crowds. It is also great to use for those random adventures for ghost hunting.
