Bunny Burrow Cake

Bunny Burrow Cake is another one of my mother’s fabulous cakes. This cake in the photo was actually created for the one year that April Fools and Easter fell on the same day.

What a crazy holiday that was. The cake was too cute we had to share. Of course, the story behind the cake is pretty funny as well, but we’ll save that story for another time.
