Some Back Story-
This story begins in the ’90’s when Adam Avery decided to start home brewing, only to find out it was so much more than just a few small batches at home.

How We Met-
Our first introduction to Avery Brewing Co. was back in 2019 at a Total Beverage Brewery Fest. We were immediately drawn to the welcoming kindness at their booth. Although Steven has been working with Avery’s sales rep for years prior we were able to meet with more of the Avery Team.
Since then, we were able to visit the brewery and take a tour and we can’t say enough about their hospitality and the all-around fun atmosphere they provide. They offer a self-guided tour, seating outside in their beer garden as well as inside both downstairs and upstairs.
If you live here in the Colorful state of Colorado, we highly recommend you visit Avery Brewing Co. if you haven’t done so already. If you live out of state but are visiting, we also highly recommend you put this on your agenda of “things to do while you are in Colorado”, because if you don’t you will be missing out for sure.

Some Back Story
Japanese immigrant Torijo Koto built the iconic Koto Building in downtown Twin Falls in 1920, and more than 100 years later the building is still very much in the public eye, offering a gathering place for those to come eat and drink.

How We Met
While visiting family in Filer ID, we were looking for local breweries to visit and Koto Brewing Co. was highly recommended. We decided to try it and we were not disappointed. They were very friendly, great food and the local brew was fantastic. We will be back!
If you live in or around the Twin Falls area, or looking for a nice day trip to take and want to try something new, we highly recommend Koto Brewing Co. They will not disappoint. And of course if you are not from the area but in town visiting like we were, make sure to put this on your list of places to visit in Twin Falls.
