Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal
This hot breakfast is great for those cool Fall mornings, with the aroma of pumpkin spice filling the air, the Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal baking in the warm oven while the coffee is brewing.
A great dish for those Pumpkin Spice lovers out there!
Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal
Equipment
- 1 Small Baking dish single serve
- 1 Small mixing bowl
- 1 Medium mixing bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- ⅓ cup milk
- ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Spray a single serving baking dish with cooking spray
- In a small mixing bowl, combine oats, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice and set aside½ cup rolled oats, ¼ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup⅓ cup milk, ¼ cup Pumpkin Puree, ½ tsp Vanilla extract, 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Add dry ingredients and mix until combined
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 18-22mins.
