Affirmations-Inspirational Quotes.
What are affirmations? Affirmations are positive thoughts, a phrase, they can be a mantra or statement or even a quote. That you can use (and repeat) as many times as needed to help yourself manifest a goal or intention into a reality. Affirmations-Inspirational Quotes below are positive words for someone who just needs to hear them, if that is you or someone you know who is having a hard time.
You can say these to someone, or for someone. Send positive thoughts to someone who you might think needs some good vibes. Or repeat daily when you are stirring your coffee or tea in the morning, to help get you ready for what the day may bring.
Affirmations can be of your own thoughts and words, or you can find affirmations that might suite how you are feeling at that moment.
These do not have to be specific to a person but rather can be positive thoughts or phrases about a specific day, season, or time. Anything can be an Affirmation-Inspirational Quote whether long, short, one word or several words.
Write them down in a book or journal, on a piece of paper to put in your pocket, purse or car.
Another great way to pass on the positive vibes for loved ones is on a mirror. We write affirmations-inspirational quotes once a month to each other on the bathroom mirror.
We enjoy this method as it gives you something to read first thing in the morning and carry with you throughout the day and to remember and think of or repeat back to yourself when your day starts to get rough.

- Paper towels
- Dry erase markers or liquid chalk markers.
Directions:
- Pick out your affirmation-inspiration quote
- Clean the mirror with window cleaner
- Pick your colors and start writing.
- Get CREATIVE!
