A Berry Cheesecake Salad (Not Keto Friendly)
Equipment
- 1 Medium mixing bowl
- 1 Small mixing bowl
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Small cutting board
Ingredients
Family Size
- ½ 13.5 container Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
- ½ cup Blueberries fresh
- ½ cup Blackberries fresh
- ½ cup Strawberries fresh and sliced
- ½ cup Raspberries fresh
Party Size
- 1 13.5 container Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
- 1 cup Blackberries fresh
- 1 cup Blueberries fresh
- 1 cup Strawberries fresh
- 1 cup Raspberries fresh
Single Size
- 1 Spoonful Strawberries fresh
- 1 Spoonful Blueberries fresh
- 1 Spoonful Blackberries fresh
- 1 Spoonful Raspberries fresh
- 1 Heaping Large Spoonful Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip up to ⅓ cup
Instructions
- Wash the berries and allow to dry to off½ cup Blueberries, ½ cup Blackberries, ½ cup Strawberries, ½ cup Raspberries
- Cut strawberries in half½ cup Blueberries, ½ cup Blackberries, ½ cup Strawberries, ½ cup Raspberries
Family Size
- In a medium mixing bowl add your berries½ cup Blueberries, ½ cup Blackberries, ½ cup Strawberries, ½ cup Raspberries
- Add ½ the container of Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip½ 13.5 container Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
- Fold until all the berries are covered
- Cover with lid or plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until ready to eat or serve immediately
Party Size
- In a large mixing bowl add berries1 cup Blackberries, 1 cup Blueberries, 1 cup Strawberries, 1 cup Raspberries
- Add the entire container of Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip1 13.5 container Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
- Fold until all the berries are covered
- Cover with lid or plastic wrap and put in refrigerator until ready to serve
Single Size
- In a single serving bowl add berries1 Spoonful Strawberries, 1 Spoonful Blueberries, 1 Spoonful Blackberries, 1 Spoonful Raspberries
- Add spoon full of Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip (up to a ⅓ cup)1 Heaping Large Spoonful Marzetti Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
- Fold until all the berries are covered
- Cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator or eat immediately
