Hurricane
Another great Mardi Gras drink and New Orleans classic is the Hurricane. You can make this drink from scratch, or you can purchase the Bacardi pre-made Hurricane drink mix.

Equipment
- 1 Hurricane Glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 2 oz Malibu Rum
- 1/2 can Pineapple juice
- splash Cranberry juice
- top off Tropical 7-UP This is seasonal, if not available you can use regular 7-UP and orange juice.
- ice
Instructions
- Add a few cubes of ice to Hurricane glassice
- Add rum, pineapple juice, and 7-UP.2 oz Dark Rum, 2 oz Malibu Rum, 1/2 can Pineapple juice, top off Tropical 7-UP
- Top off with cranberry juice. Add just enough to bring back the bright orange color.
- Enjoy!
